I have missed seeing Barbara in the Y pool......she was always there when I got there to teach the class......and her smiling face made my day......and she was so proud of the fact that she was going to be 86! She was fondly called....Little Barbara......I certainly hope she has found a very warm pool to float in these days!

I have known Barbara for 26 years and considered her one of my best friends even though we've lived miles apart for most of those years. She was a bright light in my life and I will miss her.
She loved her family very much and my thoughts and love go to all of you.

Barbara was a wonderful inspiration to all of us. I will remember her fondly as someone who always smiled and helped others to smile also. I will miss her very much. My thoughts go to her loving family, some of whom I had the pleasure of meeting over the difficult past few months. May Barbara find lots of warm water in which to float into the next life.

It was wonderful to know Barbara. I'll miss her so much. She was a real trooper. When something needed to get done, she got it done. I, so, appreciate being a member of the NWSC, which she was instrumental in founding almost 40 years ago.
