Douglas Sydney Stone 10-6-34 -03-12-16 Doug peacefully went home to be with the Lord on March 12, 2016. Born in Bellingham to Leonard and Hazel Stone. He is survived by his brother Brian Stone and wife Treva, and sister in law Sharon Stone, his children Kelly, Laurie, Mike, Greg, Kristi, & Bob. Step children Michelle, Theresa, Doug, Rachel and his 20 grand children and 12 great grand children and 5 nieces. Dad loved hunting, fishing, clam digging, and mushroom picking and rarely missed a Mt. Baker Ball Game. He loved his family gatherings and camping at the Stone Family Campground. Doug was famous for his clam chowder and salmon and jokes. He loved his garden and growing his Dahlias and shared them with everyone he met. Doug was a kind hearted man and loved spending time with his children and grand children. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends. Memorial will be held Sunday April 24th at 1:30pm at the Deming log show grounds
