What a great celebration of my Great Aunt Esther's life on Saturday! To see and hear all the expressions of love would have made Esther very proud and content in knowing that she indeed lived a wonderful life!

To the Family of Esther Solberg,
I want to express sincere condolences and my deepest sympathy to you at the passing of your mother and grandmother, Esther. She and your Dad, John, served the Lord well in the context of the Lutheran Brethren, and for that we give thanks to them and to the Lord. May He be your rock and comfort during this time of grief and loss.

Carolyn, we are praying for you during this time of the loss of your precious mother and close friend. Although you will miss her greatly, may you find comfort knowing that she is now in heaven with her Lord and Savior. She has always been a loving Christian example. I have fond memories of her playing the piano at church and your mom and dad singing duets together. May God's close presence bring you comfort. We love you, Carolyn!

Marv, Please accept my condolences at this time when you are keenly feeling the loss of your mother. Praise God for the many years He gave her here on earth, years in which she made Jesus look good to all those who knew her.

Carolyn, Marv and Grandchildren, I can only relate to your loss and the depth of it based on my own loss of my Father. There is one huge consolation - Your Mother and Grandmother and my Great-Aunt is now in the presence of her Lord and Savior celebrating - and probably playing her beloved Hymns on the Celestial Piano! What a reunion it must be! The lifelong memories never leave your heart - and while the hole may be large on a daily basis - the memories and love will fill it back in! God Bless all of you - and all of us - as we gather on Saturday to celebrate a life lived wonderfully, gracefully and especially spiritually! Great Niece - Bev

Carolyn, I am deeply sorry to read of your loss. Your mother was absolutely one of the nicest people I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. I still remember how she would have me sit next to her on the piano bench when she was trying to teach me my part during choir practice. Please accept my sincerest condolences.
