Grace Bishop Obituary

Grace Olive Bishop Grace Olive Bishop, age 91, of Bellingham, WA, passed away on Tuesday, March 22, 2011. she was born November 8th, 1919, in Bellingham. Grace married John William Bishop on January 19, 1947. She was always a hard worker and dedicated mother. She and her husband ran a dairy farm for 51 years. She spent 10 years candling eggs. She also wrked as a cook and waitress at George's Restaurant in Bellingham. Grace's passion was cooking; she loved to plan food for family gatherings and create new recipes. She enjoyed her family and was the rock or strong one, always loyal to her family. Grace was preceded in death by her husband and daughter, Beverly. She is survived by her sons, Earl Harris, Don and wife Sharon Bishop, and Darrel Bishop, all of Bellingham; grand- daughters Donna Coffey and Penny Bishop of Bellingham and Lisa Villar of Pacific Beach; great grandsons, Vincent and Trino Villar; and great granddaughter, Sara Coffey. A graveside service will be held at 1:00 PM, Friday, April 1, at Woodlawn Cemetery, Fern- dale.
