The Guest Book is expired.

On Sunday January 24th, Mike Leach went home to be with the Lord. Mike was born November 19th, 1937 in San Diego, CA, where he attended St. Augustine Catholic High School and graduated from San Diego City College in 1956. In his adult life he worked as a San Diego Firefighter, served honorably in the Army National Guard, and was a flight instructor. He ultimately retired as a Captain for United Airlines in 1995. Mike was an avid outdoorsman his entire life and became a Washington State Master Hunter in 2015. Mike is survived by his wife Jan, their four children, seven grandchildren, and one great-grandchild. A mass and a celebration of life will be held on Thursday, February 4th at 2:00 pm, at St Joseph's Church in Lynden. The family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Catholic Community Services. "The Light of God Surrounds me. The Love of God enfolds me. The Power of God protects me. The Presence of God watches over me. Everywhere I am God is. And all is well, and so it is. Amen"
