Perry Titcomb Parks (4/5/52 - 6/5/16) passed away last Sunday while spending time in Ketchikan at his beloved cabin with his mom. Perry was born in Bellingham to Robert L Parks and Carolyn Hook Parks Bell. He attended Sehome High School, graduating in 1970. He attended Seattle Art Institute (known as Burnley School for Professional Art) for two years. Returning to Bellingham, he spent some years using his artistic abilities to pour concrete and foundations. For the last number of years he worked at Cymco Awnings & Canopies. He is survived by his mom, Carolyn Hook Bell of Ketchikan, his brothers, Kirby and Tim (Voula), all of Bellingham and a sister, Holly Campbell of Kent. He is also survived by 2 nephews, 5 nieces, 2 great nephews and 4 great nieces. Private burial at sea will be at at his beloved Eagle Rock.
