Scott Raymond Carmichael passed away on Tuesday, April 2, 2013. He was 59, born September 20, 1953 in Riverside, CA to Robert and Patricia (Tayler) Carmichael. He was a young 59 years of age when he passed, but lived a life full of memories which often made for stories that brought smiles and laughter to so many faces. Scott made these memories with his creativity, sense of humor, and love of life. He enjoyed playing golf and poker and was an extremely gifted guitar player. He was also quite the explorer who never hesitated to jump in the car or on his Harley to discover someplace new. Scott was one of a kind. So simply genuine which easily made him friends anywhere life took him. He was an incredible father, family member, and friend. Many love him, many cherish him, and all will miss him dearly. He was preceded in death by his father Robert Carmichael. Scott is survived by his mother Patricia Poapst; daughter Sara Rose; sisters, Terri Carmichael, Tamara Carmichael, Patty Kunsman; brothers, Patrick Carmichael, Scott Poapst, Tom Poapst, and Kevin Carmichael. A funeral mass will be held Monday, April 15, at 10:30 AM, at Church of the Assumption. Please share memories at www.farewelltributes.com
