My life has been enriched by having known Sig. He was so in love with Jesus Christ! When I was diagnosed with cancer 5 years ago he told my daughter Laurette that the Lord had told him my disease was not unto death. I was so overjoyed to hear that coming from Sig as I knew that he was a praying Christian man who had the Lord's ear. Sig, you will be sadly missed but I know that you will have already heard the words "Well done, thou good and faithful servant".

Doreen, if there is anything that needs to be done and you need help, please call me. Sig was a good friend, I enjoyed being in the Godmobile with him at the fair and just in general. He called my dad before he had his heart surgery. We all thought a lot of him as did many others. Know that we love you and are praying.

I love you Grandpa!! You have inspired me to become a better follower of Jesus and to be His "buddy". I loved hearing your stories of your adventures while doing your missionary work. Someday, I'd love to be a missionary. I admire you so much, and seeing you standing on the street corner passing out New Testaments, spreading the Good News! Can't wait 'til Jesus comes back, and then we all can praise Him together!!! XOXOXO

Sig was one of the most genuine and wondeful people that I have ever met. He was a true asset to our community. My sympathies to the family.
