I will always remember the wonderful Thanksgiving times I had benefiting from Susan's expertise in the kitchen and her great sense of humor. I will miss her and extend my sympathy to John.

Life without Susan will be a lot different, as I will lose not only a friend but a veritable reference source for everything botanical, culinary, zoological, and just plain zany (all those puns!). But how lucky I was to have have known her.
