William F. Hatch

1949 - 2014 BENNINGTON William F. Hatch, 65, a resident of Fillmore Street in Bennington, died Wednesday, April 3, 2014, at Southwestern Vermont Medical Center. He was born in Bennington, Jan. 22, 1949, the son of the late Harold and Mary Peabody Hatch. Bill received his education in Bennington and was a 1969 graduate of Mount Anthony Union High School. In earlier years, Bill was employed at Thomson Manufacturing, and for 20 years, had been employed in the housekeeping department at the Crescent Manor Nursing Home, from which he retired. Bill really enjoyed working and was an avid Boston Red Sox and New York Giant's fan. Survivors include his children, William F. Hatch Jr. of Bennington, Renee Hatch of Bennington, and Joshua Hatch of Rutland, Vt.; five granddaughters, Aubree, Emma, Sunnie, Lilly and Claire; a brother, and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. He was predeceased by a sister Patricia O'Donnell. FUNERAL NOTICE: At the request of Mr. Hatch, there will be no calling hours or funeral services. The burial will take place in the family lot at Hinsdiville Cemetery at the convenience of the family. If friends desire, contributions in memory of William F.
