Amy liked bowling, frogs, anything orange and time she spent with family. Her son, Tyson, was the light and love of her life. She also liked NASCAR racing, especially Matt Kennseth. Home Depot arranged a trip for her and her son to Loudon Motor Speedway in New Hampshire where she met Joey Logano- the Home Depot car driver. She enjoyed some wonderful experiences the past two years, her friends took her on a trip to New York City to see "Mary Poppins", she saw The Lord of The Dance at the Palace Theater in Albany with her sister Katie, and had back stage passes to a concert by Theory of a Dead Man. In 2011, Amy was the recipient of the Karen McGovern Memorial Award, and in 2012 she was a torch bearer at the Relay for Life event in Bennington.
