HOOSICK FALLS, N.Y. -- Beulah A. Judge Cutler, 79, formerly of Beckett Street, died Sunday, Feb. 12, 2006, at the Hoosick Falls Health Center.

Born in Chattanooga, Tenn., on July 31, 1926, she was the daughter of the late William Grover and Crescentia E. DeFields Judge. She was the wife of the late Harold R. Cutler, who died on Feb. 7, 1998. They were married in Hoosick Falls on March 23, 1946.

Mrs. Cutler and her family moved from Tennessee in 1931 to East Stroudsburg, Pa., where she graduated high school in 1944. Moving to Hoosick Falls in 1945, she worked at the Prudential Insurance office and once married, stayed home to raise her family. In 1963, Beulah reentered the workforce, working for Buckley & Sons Fuel and Coal and Dodge Machine Co. Beulah retired in 1981 from Oak Materials, where she was a purchasing agent. She was a member of the First United Church in Hoosick Falls and their T.C. Class.

Survivors include her children and their spouses, Richard H. (Sharon) Cutler of Wharton, N.J., Jean M. (Clarence) Michaels of Bennington, Vt.; brothers, Robert Judge of Colchester, Conn., and Charles W. Judge of Bennington; and four grandchildren, Julie Warren, Robert Cutler, Michael Gardner and Melissa Cutler. She was predeceased by brothers Donald, William, Sheldon and David Judge.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 2 p.m. in the Robson-Reinfurt Funeral Home, 72 Main St., where the Rev. Donald Nelson will officiate. Burial will follow in Maple Grove Cemetery. Relatives and friends are invited to the funeral home on Wednesday starting at noon for visitation.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Town of Hoosick Rescue Squad.
