Beverly A. Schultze 1932 - 2012 BENNINGTON, VT Beverly A. Schultze, 79, a resident of Crescent Manor Care Centers in Bennington and formerly of Shaftsbury, died on Sunday morning, February 5, following a long illness. She was born in Bennington on July 28, 1932, and was the daughter of the late Robert A. and Evelyn (Jones) Watson. She received her education in Bennington schools. On February 23, 1952 she married Raymond Schultze in Stony Point, NY. Mr. Schultze died in 1977. Beverly had worked at Stanley Tool Company in Shaftsbury for 26 years retiring in 1997. While living in Stony Point she was employed at the Letchworth Village State Hospital. Upon moving back to Vermont, Beverly was employed for one year at the Putnam Memorial Hospital in Bennington. Beverly enjoyed playing bingo and walking. She was a frequent guest at the Blue Ben Diner in Bennington. Beverly is survived by her children and their spouses; Dennis and Denise Schultze of Wolcott, CT, Suzanne and Stephen Washburn, Sr. of Shaftsbury, VT, Kurt and Lisa Schultze of Syracuse, NY, Tami and Howard Bishop of Woodford, VT. She has 10 grandchildren, Dana, Stephen, Jr., Sarah, Devon, Jared, Drew, Ashley, Caleb, Michael, and Zachery, and three great-grandchildren, Cameron, Lillie, and Quinn. She leaves her sisters and brothers, Shirley Brown of Bennington, VT, Lawrence Watson of Stony Point, NY, Priscilla Stuber of Stony Point, NY, Philip Watson of North Bennington, VT and Sandra Watson of North Bennington, VT. She was predeceased by one son, Raymond Schultze, and her sisters, Nina Morrison, Roberta Morin, and Patricia Stuber, and her brother, Robert Watson. FUNERAL NOTICE: Funeral services and interment will be held privately at the convenience of the family. There are no calling hours scheduled.
