Catherine McDonald 1927 - 2009 MANCHESTER CENTER, VT Catherine McGraw McDonald, 81, a resident of Manchester Center, Vt., died Thursday afternoon, Feb. 5, 2009, at the Centers for Living and Rehabilitation in Bennington. Catherine was born in West Pawlet, Vt., on April 8, 1927, daughter of Byron and Bertha Dennison McGraw and attended Manchester, Vt., schools. Catherine worked at the Quality Restaurant for many years then for Reids Drug Store at the Depot in Manchester. Catherine enjoyed visiting and sharing good conversation with her family and friends. She enjoyed listening to country western music, reading and cherished times spent with her family. Catherine leaves her brother James McGraw on Manchester, Vt., her sister Dorothy Sessions of Manchester, Vt., her niece Joanne Sheen of Manchester, Vt., her nephews Eber Sessions, Jr., Jim Sessions and Kenneth McGraw and her very dear friend Dottie Leary of Manchester, Vt. She was preceded in death by her husband Roger McDonald. FUNERAL NOTICE: Services for Catherine will be held Monday morning, Feb. 9, 2009, at 11 a.m. at BREWSTER FUNERAL SERVICE 34 Park Place Manchester Center, Vermont. The Rev. Robert Carpenter of the First Baptist Church in Manchester, will conduct the service. Interment will be held in the spring next to her husband Roger in the family lot in Factory Point Cemetery in Manchester. A visiting hour will be held at the funeral home Monday morning, Feb. 9, 2009 at 10 a.m., one hour prior to the service.
