Charles E. (Hap) Hall Obituary
Our precious brother Charles (Hap) Hall went to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on February 11, 2018 at the Indian River Nursing and Rehab in Granville, NY where he lived for almost 4 years. Hap had fought a long hard battle with diabetes.

He was the son of the late William and Ida Hall of Eagle Bridge, NY and is survived by his brothers and sisters: Joseph (Rebecca) LaFlamme, Chris (Sharon) LaFlamme, Mary (Robert) Gratz, Antoinette (Gene) Vogt, Rodney (Karen) LaFlamme, Susan (Lester) Blocker and siblings: Linda (David) Crandall, Ronald (Sue) Adams and Tina (Ben) Courtney along with many nieces, nephews, family and friends who loved him dearly and will miss him.

Hap grew up in White Creek, NY and attended Cambridge Central School where he was on the wrestling team.

After receiving his welding certificate he went to work at The Bennington Iron Works. He later worked at Vishay Tansitor Electronics in Bennington and while living in South Carolina worked for The Boy Scouts of America.

He loved tinkering with electronics and was very good at it. He also loved hunting, fishing, camping, gardening, canning his own vegetables and the great outdoors and loved spending time with family and friends.

Hap was a volunteer for years with the Buskirk Volunteer Fire Dept and always enjoyed helping cook for their monthly breakfast they did to raise money.

A memorial service will take place in the spring as requested by the family.

The family asks in lieu of flowers please send donations in memory of Charles (Hap) to The 2 Pine West Plaza, Albany, NY 12205.

A special thank you to all of those who cared and loved our brother beyond the call of duty at Indian River Nursing and Rehab and to all who prayed for him and our family. God bless you all. Arrangements are under the direction of the Robert M. King Funeral Home, 23 Church Street, Granville, N.Y.
