Obituary Condolences

MANCHESTER -- Pat Rogers, 90, and resident of Manchester since 1958, died at her Equinox Terrace residence following a short illness. She was born in Kentucky and attended local schools there.

Pat lived in Detroit before moving to New York where she worked as a clerk for Hammacher-Schlemmer Co.

She was married to Francis Rogers in 1940. Mr. Rogers died in 1984. Pat loved to read and worked for 15 years as a librarian at the Mark Skinner Library. She was also a longtime dispatcher for the Manchester Police Department for many years. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

She is survived by her niece Carol Clark and nephew Burt Jr. and good friend Hal Coolidge and many friends.

A memorial service will be held on Thursday, Jan. 8 at 2 p.m. at Brewster Funeral Home in Manchester. James Hardman will lead the service. Committal will follow in the Dellwood Cemetery in Manchester village, when her cremated remains will be interred next to her husband.
