Obituary Condolences

BENNINGTON -- Clint H. R. Buck, 24, a resident of Applegate Drive in Bennington, died early Sunday morning, Nov. 13, 2005, as a result of injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident. He was born in North Adams, Mass., on Dec. 13, 1980, the son of Michael G. and Deborah (Eaton) Buck. Clint grew up in Pownal and had lived in Bennington for 10 years. He worked at a variety of jobs in the Bennington area with his last place of employment being at VISHAY in Bennington.

Clint loved the guitar so much; he taught himself how to play and became an avid guitar player. He enjoyed karate, deer hunting, and playing basketball and catch with a football. He cherished times spent with his family and friends and was a devoted father, son and brother.

He is survived by his parents Michael and Deborah of Bennington; his son, Chase, and the mother of his child, Sherrie King of Bennington; his brother, Michael Buck, and wife, Rebecca, of North Adams; three sisters, Heather Buck of Lenox, Mass., Sierra Buck, who he was especially close to, of Pownal, and Jennifer Poirier of Bennington; his maternal grandparents, Mary F. and Howard Eaton of Bennington; five aunts, Hilda Saul, Sandra Manno and Barbara Clayborn of Bennington, Betty Ann Baker and Virginia Parks of Pownal; two uncles, Larry Baker of Pownal and Robert Buck of Shaftsbury; two nephews, Dylan Buck and Brendan Sullivan of Lenox, Mass.; his best friend, Travis Finn of Bennington, and several cousins. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Elizabeth and Robert J. Buck of Pownal, and his uncle, Joseph J. Buck of Pownal.

Funeral services for Clint will be held Wednesday, Nov. 16, 2005, at 11 a.m. at Hanson-Walbridge Funeral Home, 213 West Main St., Bennington. Interment will follow in the family lot in Park Lawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Tuesday, Nov. 15, 2005, from 4 to 7 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to the Chase King Trust Fund at The Bank of Bennington, c/o Hanson-Walbridge Funeral Home, P.O.
