Dianna Niles 1947-2010 BENNINGTON Dianna Niles, 63, a resident of Colville Road in Bennington, passed away peacefully Monday morning September 13, 2010 at her home surrounded by her loving family. Dianna was born in Bennington on July 20, 1947 the daughter of the late James Myers and Nina Holton and attended Bennington schools. Dianna enjoyed her home and spending time with her family and her dogs. She loved her husband Skip very much and cherished spending time with him. Dianna is survived by her husband Skip Niles of Bennington, whom she married December 7, 1983, her mother, Nina Holton, her daughters, Tina Niles of Pownal, Denise Matatt of Hoosick Falls, Wendy Coulter of Bennington, her son, David Niles and his wife, Danielle Niles of Woodford, her sister Sandy Myers and her partner Jacey Cerro of Jericho, Vt., her brother, Steven Myers and his spouse, Les Church of Cabot, Vt., her brother Matt and his wife, Niki Holton, her grandchildren, Hannah Sweet, Brooke Niles, Jasmine Niles, Jessie LaFountain, Tamra Coulter, Josh, Aaron, and Dustin Matatt, her great grandchild, Isabella Matatt, her special niece, Meagan Myers and her dogs, Sky, Angel and Toby. She was preceded in death by her daughter Darcy and her dog Patch. FUNERAL NOTICE: Funeral services for Dianna will be held Thursday afternoon September 16, 2010 at 1 p.m. at Hanson-Walbridge Funeral Home 213 West Main Street Bennington, Vermont. Interment will be private. Visiting hours at the funeral home will be held Wednesday evening September 15, 2010 from 6 to 8 p.m. when the family will be in attendance.
