Obituary Condolences

WHITE CREEK, N.Y. -- Graveside service will be held Saturday, May 8, 2004 at the Rosewood Cemetery in White Creek for Emily M. Harrington. Emily was the widow of Gerald A. Harrington, Sr.

Both were residents of White Creek.

Emily died Dec., 8 2003 at the age of 63, at the home of her brother and sister-in-law, Frank and Barbara Ruggles following a long illness.

Born in Cambridge, July 13, 1940, she was the daughter of the late Mabel (Brimmer) Ruggles.

Survivors include a son, Edward Redcross Jr. of Hoosick Falls; three daughters, Tammie Ruggles of Troy, Catherine Sousie of White Creek and Michelle Crandall of Hoosick Falls; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; seven sisters: Mabel Bryant of Hoosick Falls, Ruth Allen of Hoosick Falls, Doris Hunt of Cambridge, Marilyn Watkins of Dalesville, Ala., Frances Ormsbee of Bernhards Bay, Lorraine Burnett of Greenfield Center, and Lillian Smith of Dalesville, Ala.; five brothers: John Ruggles of Salem, Amos Brimmer of Pownal, Samuel Ruggles of Hebron, Frank Ruggles of Hoosick Falls, and Lawrence Gates of Pownal; nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and cousins. She was predeceased by a son Aaron W. Gibbons Jr. and three brothers, Donald Ruggles, Arthur Gates and Raymond Gates.
