BENNINGTON -- Florence J. Perrott, 77, a resident of South Stream Road in Bennington, died Saturday, July 14, 2007, at the Bennington Health and Rehabilitation Center.

She was born in Bennington, March 19, 1930. She was the daughter of the late Lawrence J. and Lillian (Bent) Foucher. She received her education in Bennington.

She married Richard “Reggie” V. Perrott in 1982. Mr. Perrott died Aug. 23, 1990.

In earlier years Florence was a home maker. She later, along with her husband, owned and operated Richard’s Restaurant in Bennington for over 20 years.

Florence was a very good seamstress. She loved to go to bingo. Her home, family and grandchildren were her main interest. She was very fond of her dog, Oreo.

Survivors include two sons, Dennis Vosburgh and his wife, Ann Marie, of Bennington, and Donald Vosburgh and his wife, Cathy, of Bennington; four grandchildren, Tonya Goodhue and her husband, Greg, of Middletown, Conn., Sheri Snyder of Bennington, Tracy Maroney and her husband, Brian, of Bennington, and Dennis Vosburgh Jr. and Samantha Bushey of North Bennington; seven great-grandchildren Kyle, Ethan and Karlena Goodhue all of Connecticut and Kayla Vosburgh, Alisa Snyder, Owen Maroney and Mia Maroney all of Bennington; a brother Bernard Foucher and his wife, Dee, of Arlington; two sisters, Diana Kobel and Janet Dorman both of Arizona; her favorite aunt, Alice Martin of Bennington; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by a brother, Richard Foucher.

The funeral will be held from the Mahar and Son Funeral Home on Wednesday, July 18, 2007, at 9:30 a.m. with a prayer and then from Sacred Heart Saint Francis de Sales Church at 10 a.m. where the Mass of Resurrection will be offered.

The burial will take place in the family lot in Park Lawn Cemetery.
