Survivors include a son and his wife, Phil and Lana Clark of Salem; a daughter and her husband, Susan and Dennis Penka of Dayton, Ohio; two sons, Thomas Clark and Mark Clark Sr., both of Salem; three siblings, David Ennis of Oklahoma, Muriel Linke of Salem and Gerald Ennis Jr. of Salem; seven grandchildren, Lisa Clark, Lori Bishop, Jeffrey and Eric Penka, Chris and Scott and Mark Clark Jr.; five great-grandchildren, Joseph and Jacob Bishop, Zachary Clark and Dylan and Michael Penka and many nieces and nephews.

Friends and relatives are invited to call on Monday, June 7, 2004 from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Ackley & Ross Funeral Home, 73 West Main St., Cambridge.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by Father Liam Condon on Tuesday, June 8, at 10 a.m. at Holy Cross Church, Salem. Burial will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery.
