Obituary Condolences

BENNINGTON -- Harry H. Denhard, 84, died Saturday morning April 3, 2004 at the Vermont Veterans Home. Born in Brooklyn, N.Y. on Dec. 25,1919, he was the son of the late Charles and Elsie (Herron) Denhard.

He had been a dairy farmer most of his life working on a farm in Greenville, N.Y., he was an avid expert horseman. He studied Eastern religion and was the founder of the Auburn Cord Dusenberg Classic Car Club. A veteran of World War II, he served with the U.S. Air Force.

He is survived by two sons, David Denhard of Petersburgh, N.Y. and Peter Denhard of Greenville, N.Y.; and two grandchildren.

There will be no local services.
