Obituary Condolences

James Thomas Nagle

1936-2009 CAMBRIDGE, N.Y. James Thomas Nagle, 73, of Cambridge, passed away peacefully on Sunday night, Nov. 8, 2009, at the home of his friends, Pastor Jim and Vicki Bartholomew, with his wife by his side.

Born Aug. 12, 1936 in Cohoes, N.Y., he was the son of the late James Joseph and Anna Lahey Nagle.

Jim graduated from LaSalle Institute in Troy and had worked at G.E. in Schenectady and later at the Watervliet Arsenal. Following employment at the arsenal, Jim owned and operated his own produce company, J&C Produce in Stratton, Vt.

Jim was a member of Jacob's Well Fellowship in Cambridge and he loved cooking, yard selling, traveling, and reading and studying the Word of God. Jim found much peace in his Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ. He accepted Jesus' sacrifice for himself, thus assuring an eternal home in heaven. He has gone on to his heavenly Father's arms, where there is no more tears or pain from the cancer that took his earthly life.

Jim is survived by his wife, Patricia Fox Nagle, whom he married Mar. 26, 2003; his children, Michael O'Donnell of Woodbury, Minn., Jacqueline Nagle Mabee of South Glens Falls, N.Y. and Kevin O'Donnell of Valrico, Fla.; his grandchildren, Douglass "Barney" Mabee of Buffalo, N.Y., Jessica Mabee of S. Burlington, Vt., Jakey O'Donnell and Camden O'Donnell, both of Tampa, Fla.; and by his special friends, Pastor Jim and Vicki Bartholomew and Pastor Harry and Linda Pike.

FUNERAL NOTICE: A memorial service to celebrate Jim's life will be held on Friday, Nov. 13, 2009 at 2 p.m. at the home of Pastor Jim and Vicki Bartholomew, 7 Cemetery Ave, in Cambridge.

The family strongly suggests that in lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Jacob's Well Fellowship, 81 Legrys Road, Cambridge, NY 12816, for Brian and Missie DeShane, Missionaries to Alaska.
