Madeline G. Law 1930-2011 WESTMINSTER, VT Madeline G. Law, 81, died after a courageous battle on November 23' when she went to be with her Lord and Savior. Madeline was born in Cabot Plains, Vt., on January 28, 1930 the daughter of Ashley Paul Barnett and Sarah Clark Barnett. She worked on the Lou Ufford Farm in Rockingham, Allen Brothers in Westminster, and Newbury Department Store in Bellows Falls, Vt., She was an amazing artist, an avid reader, and enjoyed being outdoors and watching birds. She was instrumental in starting the hot lunch program at the Westminster Central School. Madeline was an amazing gardener and she enjoyed sewing, painting and spending time with her family. Her marriage to Ernest P. Simoneau ended in divorce and she later married Duane A. Law who died in April of 1996. Madeline is survived by her children Shirley Daniels, Debbie Obrien, Mary Lou French, Bonnie Sheppard, Philip Simoneau, Bill Simoneau, Yvette Simoneau, and Corina Law; her sister Lorraine Parsons of Wilmington, Vt.; her brothers Carlton Barnett of Halifax, Vt., and Ashley Paul Barnett of Connecticut; 25 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren, and two great great grandchildren are due. She was predeceased by her daughter Ruby Daniels; her siblings Louise Elizabeth Richardson, Elwin Barnett, William Barnett, Phillip Barnett, and Robert Barnett. FUNERAL NOTICE: There will be a graveside funeral service 10 a.m. Saturday, November 26th in Pine Crest Cemetery in Charlestown, NH.
