Obituary Condolences

Marie Ingraham passed away Sunday, Nov. 23, 2003 in Texas. She was surrounded by her son, her sister and members of her church group. She had battled breast cancer for many years. Only with her positive outlook and determination were we able to enjoy her company for this many years.

Early in her life, Marie lived in White Creek with her parents and siblings Ricky, Steven, and Linda. She attended Hoosick Falls Central School, where she graduated in 1972. She was married to Steve Cluett for many years and they had a son Stephen. Her career path led her to be employed in print shops, where she did high quality prepress work. Several years ago, when she was no longer able to work, she moved to Texas to be near her sister.

Marie was a wonderful person, always having time to share even if she was busy. She would never ask for anything but would give everything. Marie made friends easily and each was special to her. She would attend events with her church group in the afternoon then go to meet with her motorcycle club buddies to plan a charity ride in the evening.

She always made the most of the what the world dealt her.

Her wishes are to be cremated and have her ashes placed into the Atlantic Ocean from a small beach along the Maine coast. There are thoughts to have a service in Hoosick Falls sometime in January.

Marie, you will be missed. We love you.

”Fare you well, Fare you well, I love you more than words can tell, Listen to the river sing sweet songs To rock my soul.”
