HOOSICK, N.Y. -- Marilyn Jean Clark, 61, of Hoosick, died Tuesday, Oct. 5, 2004, at her home after a long courageous battle with cancer. Born in Stamford, Conn. on Dec. 24, 1942, she was the daughter of the late George and Alice Madison Dann. She is survived by her beloved partner, Kristopher Pulito of Hoosick; her four children, Ronald and Gary Donch of Connecticut and Eileen Kulcsar and Kim Janis of Florida; five grandchildren; two sisters, Marge DeBlasi and Laurie Mellen, and a brother, George Dann, all of Conn. Before moving to Hoosick Falls, she was an art director for the Hudson Paper Company in Stamford. She has volunteered her artistic time and talent to many organizations, including the American Lung Association, and many local Hoosick Falls organizations and businesses. Most recently, she was the 2004 grand marshal in the Hoosick Falls St. Patrick’s Day parade. She will be remembered for her warm, cheerful, friendly and caring nature.

The funeral will be Friday from the Robson-Reinfurt Funeral Home, 72 Main St., Hoosick Falls, and at a time to be announced at the Immaculate Conception Church, Hoosick Falls, where a Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated. Interment will follow in Maple Grove Cemetery, Hoosick Falls. Friends and family may call at the funeral home on Thursday from 5 to 8 p.m. Contributions may be made to the Lacy Janis College Fund, P.O. Box 168, Hoosick, NY 12089.
