Obituary Condolences

ST. AUGUSTINE, Fla. -- Marjorie Ann (Boutin) Caron died Feb. 11, 2005 after a brief illness.

She was born, raised and educated in Bennington, Vt. She was born June 17, 1927, daughter of the late Henry and Mary Boutin. She moved to Plymouth, Mass. to raise a family and moved to St. Augustine 19 years ago.

She volunteered at a local school for many years, in the library. She enjoyed reading and writing. She wrote many children’s stories and poems for her family and recently published her very first book.

She is survived by her husband of 50 years, Raymond Caron and three daughters, Lynne Budge of Plymouth, Joanne Almeida of St. Augustine and Susan Carlos of Fort Pierce; three granddaughters, Meghan, Tiffany and Kristen; and one great-granddaughter, Brenna. She is also survived by her sister Janet Harwood of Stuart, and many cousins in Vermont. She was predeceased by her brother Alfred Boutin of New York.

Donations may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
