COLLINGS LAKES, N.J. -- Marjorie Ann Luke, 44, of Collings Lakes, and formerly of Cambridge, N.Y., and Oneonta, N.Y., died peacefully at home surrounded by family on Thursday, Oct. 20, 2005.

Born in Somers Point, she grew up in Patchogue, N.Y., and lived in Oneonta and Cambridge, N.Y., for 15 years before moving to Collings Lakes, where she spent the last three years.

She was employed at Castleford Tailors of Williamstown, where she was a seamstress-samplemaker, continuing her career of 18 years as a seamstress. Her favorite things were spending time with her family, especially the time she shared and loved with her nieces and nephews. They were the joy of her life.

Surviving are her parents, Christopher Luke Sr., and Marjorie (nee Daub) of Mt. Vision, N.Y.; sisters Jacquelyn (Keith Herman) of Collings Lakes, Jean Garretto (Charles) of Cambridge, Roberta Figat (Ron) of Medford, N.Y., and Kelly Luke (Mark McGee) of Oneonta; and brother Technical Sgt Christopher Luke III, (Michelle) of Holloman Air Force Base, N.M. Also, beloved nieces and nephews, Mark, Justine, Bubba, Jennifer, Laura, Charles, Megan, Brandon, Kaitlyn, Joe, Ronnie, Luke, Brian, Christiana, Christopher, Cristin and Chelsea.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her memorial service Sunday, Oct. 23, at 1 p.m. at the Marinella Funeral Home, 102 N. Third St., Hammonton, N.J. Burial will be at the convenience of the family in Cambridge, N.Y.
