Marjorie J. Kramer 1933 - 2009 CAMBRIDGE, NY Marjorie J. Kramer, 75, wife of Theodore J. Kramer, a resident of Cambridge, N.Y., and a former resident of Bennington, died Wednesday, Jan. 14, 2009, at the Vermont Veterans Home. Born in Hoosick, N.Y., March 23, 1933, daughter of Leverett LeBarron and Margaret Prentiss LeBarron. She received her education in Hoosick Falls and was a graduate of Hoosick Falls High School Class of 1951. Throughout her life Marjorie worked at a variety of office jobs including Bear Manning, Hoosac Valley School, Tansitor Electroinics, Cohoes Savings Bank and ChemFab. She was first married to Clifford Rifenburg who died in 1978. She later married Texas Hall who died in 1996. Marjorie and Ted were married in Eagle Bridge, N.Y., on April 2, 2000. Mrs. Hall enjoyed bowling. She leaves her husband, Theodore Kramer of Cambridge; three sons and daughters-in-law, Glenn E. and Kathy Rifenburg of Johnsonville, N.Y., Donald R. and Karen Rifenburg of Long Lake, N.Y., and David S. and Karen Rifenburg of Potter Hill, N.Y.; her father, Leverett LeBarron, 99 years young, of Potter Hill, N.Y.; six grandchildren, Jamey Colucci, Nicole Hemming, Heidi, Adam, Jeremy and David Henry Rifenberg; 12 great-grandchildren; nine step children; several step-grandchildren; two sisters, Lorraine Surdam of Potter Hill, N.Y., and Beverly Cummings of Vermont; a brother Edward LaBarron of Albany, N.Y.; nieces, nephews and cousins. Mrs. Hall was pre-deceased by a brother Richard LeBarron and a step daughter, Jennie Bishop. FUNERAL NOTICE: The funeral will be held from the MAHAR & SON FUNERAL HOME in Bennington on Saturday, Jan. 17, 2009 at 12:30 p.m. with the Rev Louis Guariniello officiating. Friends may call at the Mahar & Son Funeral Home Saturday from 11 a.m. until the time of the service. Burial will take place in the family lot in Hoosick Rural Cemetery, Hoosick, NY. If friends desire contributions in memory of Mrs. Hall may be made to the Cambridge Valley Rescue Squad through the office of the Mahar & Son Funeral Home, 628 Main Street, Bennington, VT 05201.
