Mary Anne Richardson Canales 1931-2012 HANCOCK Mary Anne Richardson Canales 80, of 2258 Hancock Rd. Hancock died Thursday February 23, 2012 at the Sweetbrook Health Care Center. She was born in Williamstown, on March 9, 1931 a daughter of the late Octave Henry Richardson and May Elizabeth (Whalen) Richardson. She moved with her family as a child to Clarksburg where she attended school and then moving back to Williamstown where she graduated from Williamstown High School with the class of 1950. She was employed at the Cornish Wire Co. and then worked part-time at Dox Drugs until 1971. She was last employed at Sweetbrook Nursing Home as the second cook from 1976 to 1995. She was a communicant of St's Patrick and Raphael Parish in Williamstown. She was devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister and aunt. She loved spending time with her family, friends and nieces and nephews. Survivors include her husband: Rudolph "Ruby" Canales whom she married August 31, 1954. One Daughter: Paula Marie Liuzzi and her husband Ron of Hancock. One son: Rudolph Allen Canales of Hancock. Four Grandchildren: Atara, Savannah, R.J. and Rudi-Nicole. One greatgrandchild: Maleek. One Sister and her best friend: Rose Mary Garrison of Bennington, Vt. She was predeceased by two brothers: William and Edward Richardson. FUNERAL NOTICE: Funeral Services will take place Monday evening at 7 p.m. at the Flynn & Dagnoli-Montagna Home for Funerals, WEST CHAPELS, 521 West Main St. North Adams, Ma. Calling Hours are Monday from 4 to 7 p.m. Burial will take place in the spring in the family plot in Hancock Cemetery. Memorial Donations are suggested for through the funeral home.
