Reginald C. Kimball 1930-2011 DANBY, VT Reginald C. Kimball, 80, of Danby, Vt., passed away Sunday February 6, 2011 at the VA Medical Center in White River Junction. Reginald was born in Cavendish, Vt., on April 13, 1930, the son of Clare Bradford and Jenny Kimball. He married the former Lucille Carlisle in 1954. Lucille passed away on November 19, 2000. Reginald enlisted in the US Navy in 1947 and served aboard the USS Perry until 1951. Reginald was an accomplished carpenter. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and spending time with friends. He loved spoiling his grandchildren and great grandchildren. He was a life member of the VFW Harned-Fowler Post 6471. Reginald his survived by his son and daughter-in-law; Daniel and Christine Kimball of Poultney, Vt., his daughter; Susan Martin of Danby, Vt., his brothers; Peter Bradford of North Carolina, Richard Bradford of Florida and Gilbert Carey of Chester, Vt., his grandchildren, Jessica F., Ali, Robyn, Tommie and Jessica K. and six great grandchildren. He was predeceased by a sister, Aileen Bradford-Stubblefield. FUNERAL NOTICE: Memorial Services with military honors will be held on Friday February 11, 2011 at 1 p.m. at the Brewster Funeral Home 34 Park Place Manchester, VT. Burial with military honors will take place in the spring in Scottsville Cemetery in Danby. In lieu of flowers the family requests contributions in memory of Reginald be made to the Veterans Administration Medical Center c/o Brewster Funeral Service PO Box 885 Manchester, VT 05255.
