Sandi E. Cooper

1936-2010 ARLINGTON, VT Sandi E. Cooper, 74, a resident of East Arlington Road, passed away Saturday evening, June 26, 2010, at Southwestern Vermont Medical Center in Bennington.

Born in Beverly Hills, Calif., on Apr. 15, 1936, the daughter of Lou and Bernice Crowell Wiseman, she attended Beverly Hills schools, graduating from Beverly Hills High School. Sandi earned her Bachelor of Art Degree from Southern Vermont College at the age of sixty-five, an achievement which she was very proud of.

She married Roger Cooper in Mexico City in 1971.

Sandi loved needlepoint and was an exceptional cross stitcher. She was a voracious reader, loved television, especially watching the news, and cherished her home and times spent with her family.

Sandi leaves her husband, Roger Cooper of Arlington; her children, Alex Cooper and his wife, Courtney, of Wokingham, England, and Robin Cooper of Mount Kisco, N.Y.; and her grandchildren, Hailey and Peter Cooper of Wokingham, England.

She was predeceased by her stepfather, Wouters Kruithof.

MEMORIAL NOTICE: A celebration of the life of Sandi E. Cooper will be held Thursday afternoon at 3 p.m. in the garden at her home at 1308 East Arlington Road, Arlington, Vt. There are no visiting hours.
