HOOSICK FALLS, N.Y. -- Terry L. Siptroth, 65, died Saturday Aug. 13, 2005, at the Centers for Living and Rehabilitation in Bennington, Vt. He lived on High Street in Hoosick Falls with his wife of 32 years, Patricia (Cameron) Siptroth.

Terry was born on July 2, 1940, in East Stroudsburg, Pa., son of Frances (Decker) Delp of Pennsylvania and the late Franklin Siptroth. He was educated at schools in Pennsylvania and was a veteran of the U.S. Army serving from 1958 to 1964. Terry was employed at Oak Industries in Hoosick Falls several years ago. He was a member of St. Mark’s Episcopal Church and the American Legion Post No. 40, both in Hoosick Falls. Terry enjoyed baseball and was an umpire for many years at the Hoosick Falls Little League and Section 11 baseball.

Survivors other than his wife, Patricia, and mother, Frances, include two sons, Christopher and Paul Siptroth, both of Hoosick Falls.

Services will be private and at the convenience of the family. There will be no calling hours. Burial will be at the Gerald B.H. Solomon-Saratoga National Cemetery in Schuylerville. Arrangements are under the direction of the Mahar Funeral Home, 43 Main St. in Hoosick Falls.
