Anthony Pascal

1940 - 2013 MANCHESTER Anthony Arthur Pascal of Easton, Md., passed away peacefully on April 23, 2013.

Anthony "Tony" was born on March 25, 1940, in Glen Ridge, N.J., to Mildred (Bonavita) and Anthony Arthur Pascal Sr. He attended Bloomfield High School, played football, baseball and basketball and was the President of his graduating class of 1958. He then received a football scholarship to attend Cornell University and graduated from The School of Hotel and Restaurant Administration in 1962.

After college, Tony served in the Navy and went on to achieve the rank of Lieutenant Commander.

His professional career included many entrepreneurial endeavors in small businesses, including being active in the real estate business as a broker, appraiser and investor. Tony also worked with his brother, Robert A. Pascal in real estate investment and the propane business.

Tony's family was his greatest devotion. Tony met his wife, Judy (Herron) of 48 years, while at Cornell.

They collaborated as business partners, working side by side in the antique business in New England and renovated many homes together. Tony always encouraged us all to "Enjoy each day to the Fullest."

Tony was an avid outdoorsman and loved to enjoy nature with his grandchildren. His passion was fly fishing and being near a fresh water stream. He always pointed out a new bird or fish species for all to enjoy. Tony loved to share stories and inspiration with his children and grandchildren, known for being a family man and for being a kind and gentle soul.

Tony is survived by his wife, Judy; his three daughters, Jennifer Pascal, Laura Pascal Briggs (Patrick Briggs), Lisa Pascal Mack (Nathan Mack); four adored grandchildren, Jonah and Eliot Mack, Wilder and Sadie Briggs; his brother, Robert A. Pascal, and sister, Jane Pascal Shaheen.
