Charlotte Kaszyk

1921-2014 ADAMS Charlotte Kaszyk, 92, formerly of 97 Summer St., died Thursday, March 20, 2014 at the North Adams Commons Care Center. Born in Adams on October 19, 1921, daughter of the late Frank and Catherine Mazur Kaszyk she attended local schools. Charlotte was employed with the General Electric Co. in Pittsfield for 42 years, retiring in 1984. She was a communicant of St. Stanislaus Kostka Church in Adams, where she was a member of the Rosary Sodality. Charlotte was also a member of the GE Quarter Century Club, the GE Pensioners, and the Adams Senior Citizens. She is survived by a niece, Christina Ribordy and her husband Leo of Elgin, Ill. She was predeceased by a brother, Stanley Kaszyk; a sister, Emily Macek; and a niece, Louise Galka. FUNERAL NOTICE: A Liturgy of Christian Burial for Charlotte will take place Wednesday, March 26, 2014 at 10 a.m. in St. Stanislaus Kostka Church in Adams, burial will follow in St. Stanislaus Cemetery in Adams. Family and friends will gather at the church on Wednesday at 9:30 a.m. until the time of the service. Donations in her memory can be made to the St. Stanislaus School in care of the TROTTIER PRINGLE FUNERAL HOME, 6 Summer St., Adams, who is in charge of arrangements.
