Born November 14, 1927 in Collins, New York to Fred Collins Merrill and Charlotte Southwick Merrill, Mrs. Miller has lived in Florida for the past twenty years after retiring from the United States Peace Corps.

There will be no funeral in Florida. Her family will remember her in New England where she spent most of her life. She will be laid to rest with her parents in Gowanda, New York.
