Clarence Levesque

1933 - 2014 NORTH ADAMS Clarence "Clarkie" Levesque, 80, of 150 Ashland St., died Friday, March 7, 2014, at North Adams Regional Hospital. He was born in Adams on May 2, 1933, a son of the late Napoleon and Genevieve Luszynski Levesque. He attended schools in Adams. He was a decorated veteran of the Air Force, and was employed throughout his life as a roofer, with several companies in the area. He was last employed at the Boston Seafood Restaurant. Survivors include his longtime companion, Barbara Rousseau, with whom he made his home; three sisters, Eleanor Benoit of North Adams, Irene Lappies of Adams and Jeannette Collins of Williamstown, and a brother, Richard Levesque of North Adams. He was predeceased by four sisters, Genevieve Levesque, Bernadette Goff, Theresa Blay, and Shirley Adrewjeski, and three brothers, Ernest, Daniel and Leonard Levesque. FUNERAL NOTICE: Graveside services with military honors will take place in the Southview Cemetery, North Adams, in the spring. There are no calling hours.
