Richard Dennis Cooper, 61, passed away Aug. 4, 2014 at Berkshire Medical Center.
Born May 29, 1953 in Baltimore, Md., he was the son of Allen and Christine Young Cooper. He attended local schools, he then went to work for Samco, Jiminy Peak, and Berkshire Custom Coating. Richard was on the Men's Auxiliary for the VFW in Dalton.
Richard leaves his wife Sally Jean Cooper, whom he married Apr. 27, 1996. A brother Gary Cooper of Dalton. He was predeceased by his brother David Cooper.
FUNERAL NOTICE: Services for Richard Dennis Cooper will be held Saturday Aug. 23, 2014 at the WELLINGTON FUNERAL HOME 220 EAST STREET PITTSFIELD MA 01201 at 4 p.m. Calling hours will be from 2 to 4 p.m until the time of the service at 4 p.m.
Donations in his memory can be made to the wife Sally or the Wellington Funeral Home who's in charge of arrangements
