Damien Joseph Hinkell
1987-2013 NORTH ADAMS Mr. Damien Joseph Hinkell, 26 of 143 Glen Ave., North Adams, died Tuesday July 16, 2013 at his father's home at 251 West Shaft Rd. in North Adams.
He was born in North Adams, on February 17, 1987, son of John P. and Dawn M. (Bryant) Hinkell. He attended local schools and graduated from Drury High School. Damien served in the US Air Force.
He was last employed by JS Rae Construction Co. Damien was a loving father to his daughter Alexis.
Survivors include his mother, Dawn M. (Bryant) Hinkell of Adams. His father, John P. Hinkell of North Adams. His daughter, Alexis Rose Hinkell of Adams. One sister, Kendra Hinkell and one brother, Johno Hinkell and his son, Connor, all of North Adams. He also leaves his maternal grandmother, Sandra Bryant of North Adams, with whom he shared his home; his uncle, A. Harvey Hinkell of North Adams; two aunts, Donna Randall and her husband, Roger of Florida, Mass.; and Melissa Ranzoni and her husband, Robert of Manchester, Conn.; and several cousins.
FUNERAL NOTICE: The Funeral for Damien Hinkell will be Friday July 26, 2013 at 9:00 AM at FLYNN & DAGNOLI-MONTAGNA HOME FOR FUNERALS WEST CHAPEL, 521 West Main St. North Adams. Burial will follow in Bellevue cemetery in Adams. Calling hours at the funeral home are Thursday from 4-7 PM. Memorial contributions may be made to the Alexis Hinkell Education Fund in care of the funeral home.
