Deborah Ann Middleton

1959 - 2014 NORTH ADAMS Deborah Ann (Gamari) Middleton, 55, of 169 Bracewell Ave. died Wednesday Sept. 24, at the Berkshire Medical Center Satellite Emergency Facility in North Adams. She was born in North Adams, on Aug. 16, 1959 daughter of Henry and Claire (Martin) Gamari. She attended schools in Stamford, Vt. and graduated from the Drury High School with the class of 1977. While in high school, she played on the basketball, softball, and soccer teams. She was also a cheerleader for the Stamford basketball team and the Stamford/Clarksburg football team. Deborah also completed an electrolysis program in Boston. She was last employed by the North Adams Commons. Deborah was a devoted wife and mother to her seven children. She enjoyed attending all of their sporting events. Survivors include her husband, Joseph M. Middleton, whom she married in 1999; and her mother and father, Henry and Claire Gamari of North Adams; six daughters including Corrie Ryan and Claire Ryan of Adams, Casey Ryan, Kelly Ryan, Katie Ryan, and Kelsey Ryan, all of North Adams; and one son, J.J. Middleton of North Adams. She also leaves three grandsons including Connor Berard, Dylan St. Hilaire, and Ashton Solomon and was anticipating the impending birth of her first granddaughter; and three brothers including Craig Gamari and his companion, Bonnie Eade, of Pownal, Vt.; Steven Gamari and his wife, Christine, of Clarksburg; and Kurt Gamari and his wife, Rebecca, of Stamford, Vt.; and nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins. She was predeceased by her brother, Henry Gamari. FUNERAL NOTICE: The funeral will be Monday Sept. 29, at 7 p.m. at FLYNN & DAGNOLI-MONTAGNA HOME FOR FUNERALS WEST CHAPELS, 521 West Main St. North Adams, Mass. Burial will be private.
