Helen A. Zepka

1918-2013 ADAMS Mrs. Helen A. (Loszynski) Zepka, 94, of 35 Gilead St. Adams, died late Wednesday evening, February 20, 2013, at Sweet Brook Care Center in Williamstown.

She was born in Adams on March 29, 1918, a daughter of the late Casimer and Anna (Malek) Loszynski, and attended St. Stanislaus Kostka School.

Mrs. Zepka was a homemaker most all of her life, but had volunteered as an aide at C.T. Plunkett Elementary School in Adams for many years.

She was a communicant of St. Stanislaus Kostka Church, Adams, and was an active member and past Chaplain of the Adams Senior Citizens.

She especially enjoyed spending time with her many grandchildren.

She was the wife of the late Henry Zepka.

She is survived by four sons, John Zepka and his wife, Maureen, of Adams; Michael Zepka and his wife, Kathleen, of Savoy; Thomas Zepka and his wife, Rose, of Adams, and Eugene Zepka and his wife, Barbara, of Cheshire; a daughter, Diana Souliere, of Marionville, Missouri; a brother, Frank Loszynski, of Johnsonville, N.Y.; 11 Grandchildren, Melissa Zepka, Christina Engwer, Seth Zepka, Amanda Zepka, Lori Souliere, Christopher Souliere, Jill Staples, Jason Zepka, Kayla Zepka, Lisa McLaughlin and Jolene Drosehn; four Great Grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.

She was predeceased by her son-in-law, Roger Souliere; a brother, Matthew Loszynski; and by three sisters, Sr. Mary Renilda, CSSF; Genevieve Levesque and Eleanor Grabicki.

FUNERAL NOTICE: The funeral will be held on Wednesday, February 27 at 9 a.m. from the PACIOREK FUNERAL HOME, 13 Hoosac St. Adams, followed by a Liturgy of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. in St. Stanislaus Kostka Church, Adams.

Burial will follow in St. Stanislaus Cemetery, Adams.

Calling hours are Tuesday from 5 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home.
