Jean Rodovick Obituary
Jean Rodovick

1958-2016 Jean Rodovick, of Larkspur, California, passed away peacefully at home February 29th, 2016 after a courageous battle with brain cancer. Her positive spirit continually inspired her family, friends, and physicians. Born on September 4, 1958 in Massachusetts Jean loved her home town of Adams. She attended North Adams State and graduated with a BS in Computer Science. Jean worked for Bank of the West. She enjoyed her co- workers and her daily walks in San Francisco. Before joining Bank of the West, Jean worked for US Bank and Phoenix Leasing. She was a dedicated worker and made lasting friendships with her fellow workers. An avid sports fan, Jean loved her Boston Red Sox and New England Patriots. You would often see Jean wearing her Sox and Patriot gear greeting you with an enthusiastic, "Go Sox"! Jean enjoyed playing golf with her friends and family and had a remarkable short game. She never let you forget that. Jean is survived by her loving partner, Colleen Cunningham, her mother, Nancy Rodovick, sister Julie (Ginny Fuller), brother Joseph (Linda) and nephews Mark and Matt Rodovick. Jean was predeceased by her father Joseph Rodovick. When you asked Jean how she was feeling, she would always say, "I'm livin' the dream". Jean was a kind, caring and grateful partner, daughter, sister and friend. Those who knew her best will remember her pride in her Polish heritage. Wherever you are, Jean, keep livin' the dream and "Go Sox". Per Jeans wishes, there are no calling hours or formal services and burial will be private at a future date. A celebration of her life, open to her many friends, is being planned for a date to be determined by the family.
