Judith Ann Davis 1955-2012 NORTH ADAMS Judith Ann Davis of 243 State Street North Adams, passed away after a long illness on Tuesday, March 20. Born in North Adams, on August 25, 1955, Judy was the daughter of Shirley A. (David) Davis and the late Louis J. Davis. She attended schools in North Adams and graduated from Drury High School with the class of 1973. While in high school, she was a volunteer candy striper at North Adams Regional Hospital. She later worked as a home health aide. She was a communicant of St. Elizabeth of Hungary Church in North Adams. Besides her mother, she leaves her twin sister, Barbara Davis-Hassan and her husband Kenneth of Lanesboro, her sister Susan Davis Warren and her husband Ian of Jefferson, Mass., two brothers, Robert A. Davis and his wife Pauline of North Adams, and James L. Davis of Elmira, N.Y. She was the beloved niece of Alice Davis, Krimi (Davis) Kahwajy, and Raymond David and the Aunt of Angela, James, Melissa, Matthew, Michael, Mallory, Joseph, Daniel and Thomas and Great-Aunt to Penelope. She also leaves cousins Adele Kahwahy, Laraine Niles, Richard Davis, Donna Garner, and James Davis, her long time companion Rolland Harris, and her close friend and care giver Dana Zagata. FUNERAL NOTICE: Funeral Services for Judith Ann Davis will take place Friday, March 23, 2012 at 9:30 a.m. at the Flynn & Dagnoli-Montagna Home for Funerals, WEST CHAPELS, followed by a Liturgy of Christian Burial at 10:30 a.m. at St. Elizabeth of Hungary Church. Burial will follow in Southview Cemetery, North Adams, MA. Calling hours are Thursday evening from 5 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home. Memorial donations can be made to the through the funeral home, 521 West Main St. North Adams, MA.
