Linda M. Cantarella
Mrs. Linda M. Cantarella 63, of Lanesborough, and Naples, Fla. passed away suddenly due to a bicycle accident on April 2, 2012 at Lee Memorial Hospital, Fort Myers, Fla., surrounded by her loving family.
Born in Pittsfield, she was the daughter of the late Dante and Dorothy (Koch) Quaglietti of Pittsfield. She attended Pittsfield schools and graduated from McCann Technical School, in North Adams. At the time of her death she was an Office Manager at Cantarella & Sons.
She was the beloved wife of Paul L. Cantarella with whom she shared 40 years of marriage. Devoted mother to daughter, Dina and husband, Mark Minerd of Milton, Mass., and son, Paul M. and wife, Cheryl Cantarella of Cheshire. She was the cherished "Nonnie" to Skylar and Ceilia Cantarella and expected birth of a grandchild. in May. She was the loving sister of Peter Quaglietti and his wife Carol of Jacksonville, Fla. She is also survived by many loving in-laws, cousins, nieces, nephews, and wonderful friends,
Her hobbies included reading, gardening, traveling, listening to classical music and spending time with her grandchildren.
FUNERAL NOTICE: Services will be Tuesday, April 10, 2012 at 9 a.m. from the From THE FLYNN & DAGNOLI-BENCIVENGA FUNERAL HOME 5 Elm St. Pittsfield MA 01201. A Liturgy of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. at St. Charles Church with the Rev. Peter A. Gregory, Pastor Officiating. Calling hours at the funeral home will be Monday, April 9, from 5 to 7 p.m.
