Lucille Mary Falco 1918-2012 PITTSFIELD Lucille Mary Falco, 93, formerly of 928 Holmes Road and of Providence Court, Pittsfield, died Tuesday, January 10, 2012, at Springside of Pittsfield where she had resided since August 2010. Born in Coaticook, Province of Quebec, Canada, on October 15, 1918, a daughter of Hector and Amanda Loiselle Belval, she was educated in Morrisville, Vermont, schools. Mrs. Falco was employed by Miss Hall's School for more than thirty years where she was a food preparer in the Cafeteria. She was a communicant of the former Notre Dame Church and had been a member of its St. Anne's Guild. She enjoyed oil painting, bingo, and cooking. Her husband, Philip V. Falco, whom she married on March 31, 1943, at Our Lady of Pompei Church in Syracuse, N.Y., died November 25, 1991. Mrs. Falco is survived by two daughters, Judy Ann Scalise and her husband, Al, of Pittsfield, and Susan Marie Cella and her husband, Paul, of Lenox; a son, Philip C. Falco of Pittsfield; five grandchildren, Philip Scalise, Alex Scalise, Brandi Scalise, Kim Talora, and Richard Cella; and seven great grandchildren, Isabella, Antonio, Adelina, Karli, Kaeli, and Blake, and Justin. She was pre-deceased by five sisters, Yvonne Brecanier, Cora Fagnant, Theresa Lepin, Laurette Beaulieu, and Simone Wojick, and three brothers, Lucien Belval, Albert Belval, and Conrad Belval. FUNERAL NOTICE: Funeral services for Lucille M. Falco will be held Friday, January 13, with a Liturgy of Christian Burial at 10 a.m., at St. Charles Church celebrated by Rev. Peter A. Gregory, Pastor. Burial will follow in St. Joseph's Cemetery. Calling hours will be Thursday, from 4 to 6 p.m., at the DERY FUNERAL HOME. In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of Mrs. Falco may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in care of the Funeral Home, 54 Bradford Street, Pittsfield.
