Margaret E. Maxwell
1947-2013 WAKEFIELD Margaret E. "Peggy" Maxwell McCormack of Wakefield, formerly of Saugus, passed away on September 12, 2013. She was born in Pittsfield on February 24, 1947. She was the beloved wife of the late James G. McCormack; loving daughter of the late Francis T. and Eileen M. (Maloney) Maxwell and devoted cousin of Ann M. Tanner of Dalton and Margaret M. Morrison of Pittsfiel; much loved grandmother of Aidan James McFadden; and loving sister-in-law of Kathleen Lippi and her husband Robert of Everett. FUNERAL NOTICE: Funeral from the MURPHY O'HARA FUNERAL HOME, 519 Broadway , Everett on Saturday at 9 a.m., followed by a Funeral Mass in Most Blessed Sacrament Church Wakefield at 11 a.m. Period of visitation on Saturday from 9 to 10:30 a.m. Interment is in Woodlawn Cemetery, Everett. Retired from the Commonwealth of Mass., as the Executive Assistant to the Speaker of the House of Representatives serving Speakers Bartley, McGee, Keverian, Flaherty, and Finneran. Graduate of UMass Amherst Class of 1968 and member of Beta Eta Chapter. She also received an MBA from Suffolk University.
