Margaret Alice Perreault 1920-2012 NORTH ADAMS Mrs. Margaret Alice (Scrivens) Perreault, 91, of 89 Chestnut St., North Adams, died on Thursday, April 12, 2012 at her home. She was born in North Adams on December 3, 1920, a daughter of the late Clarence and Evelyn (Bedard) Scrivens. She attended schools in North Adams including the former St. Joseph's Elementary and High School. Mrs. Perreault worked in the production department of the former Sprague Electric Co., North Adams for 40 years until retiring in 1986. She was a communicant of the former St. Francis of Assisi Church, North Adams. Her husband Wilfred "Pete" Perreault whom she married on November 26, 1942, died on December 3, 1994. She is survived by; two sons; Richard Perreault and his wife Mary Ellen of Adams and Daniel Perreault and his companion Joyce O'Brien of North Adams; five granddaughters; Melissa, Rebecca and Amanda Perreault, Kristen Catelotti and Jennifer Russell; six Great Grandchildren; Justin, Lauren, Ayden, Alyssa, Daphne and Ainsley; two Sisters; Florence Haskins and her husband Robert of North Adams and Alice Howarth of Columbia, S.C. Her brother-in-law; Raymond Perrault and his wife Doris of Cheshire. One Sister-in-Law; Mary Scrivens of North Adams and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by four brothers, Henry, Clarence, Frederick and William Scrivens, and by three Sisters, Lillian DeSanty, Vivian Swift and Mary Scrivens. FUNERAL NOTICE: The funeral will be on Tuesday, April 17, at 9:45 a.m. from the PACIOREK FUNERAL HOME, 13 Hoosac St., Adams, followed by a Liturgy of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. in St. Elizabeth of Hungary Church, North Adams, celebrated by Rev. William Cyr, Pastor. Burial will follow in Southview Cemetery, North Adams. Calling hours are Monday from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the funeral home. Memorial donations may be made to the VNA & Hospice of Northern Berkshire or the Jimmy Fund through the funeral home.
