Marion D. Bianchi Consolini 1928-2012 NORTH CANAAN, CT Marion D. (Bianchi) Consolini, 84, of 132 Quinn St. died Friday July 13, 2012 at the Geer Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in North Canaan, Conn. She was the wife of the late Victor M. Consolini who passed November 11, 1990. Marion was born July 17, 1928 in Southfield, Mass., on her family's farm, daughter of the late Anthony and Delophine (Emprimo) Bianchi. Marion was a hard worker. During her life she held many jobs, including being a saleslady at the Buggy Whip Factory in Southfield, and also at the former Leader Store in North Canaan. She and her husband would make hand-made Christmas Cards at the Matthew Farm on Foley Hill in Southfield. Marion was a communicant of St. Joseph Church in North Canaan and was a school bus driver in the Town of Southfield. Marion is survived by her children; son Bruce Consolini, daughter Sally wife of John Foley all of North Canaan. Three sisters Bertha Riva of North Canaan, Conn.; Virginia Consolini of Sheffield, Mass., and Londa Bourquard of Lenox, Mass., as well as six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. FUNERAL NOTICE: A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday July 20, 2012 at 10 a.m. in St. Joseph Church 4 Main St. North Canaan, CT 06018. Burial will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery. Calling hours will be at the Newkirk-Palmer Funeral Home 118 Main St. North Canaan, CT 06018 on Thursday from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. Memorial donations may be sent to either the North Canaan Volunteer Ambulance Corps P.O.
