1957 - 2016 HOUSATONIC Mary Lynn Andrews, 58, passed away Tuesday morning at Fairview Commons in Gt. Barrington. She was born on May 22, 1957 in Springfield, MA, the daughter of Donald Nelson and Maureen Ashe Rizzolo (Nelson). She was a 1975 graduate of Minnechaug High School. Mary Lynn worked as a chef, and in social services at various places in the Berkshires. She loved her family and animals, especially her cat-Bootsy. She will be remembered by friends and family as a kind and loving soul, at peace now. She loved Jesus and will see you on Resurrection Day. Her family wants to honor and thank the Staff at Fairview Commons Nursing Home for their loving care. Mary Lynn leaves her mother; Maureen Rizzolo of Wilbraham, a daughter; LeAnna Schilling and her husband, Jeffrey of Housatonic, two step-daughters; Angela Andrews of Agawam and Rhonda Typrowicz of Agawam, a brother; James Nelson and his wife, Julie of Pittsfield and their five children; Meghan, Shannon, Erika, Ashley and Jared, a half-sister; Amy Nelson of Westfield and her three children; Myranda, James Bear, and Sierra, a step-sister; Sabrina Mailhes and her husband, Robert of Fort Walton, FL and their two children; Shauntel and Jeremiah, a loving aunt; Patricia "Patsy" Knowlton and her husband, William and their six children of Chicopee, aunt, Sally Kuras and her husband, Chet and their family from Suffield, CT, aunt, Theresa Gates of Agawam, two uncles; John Chmura of Wilbraham and Herbert Nelson of Becket. She is predeceased by her husband, Michael Andrews, her father; Donald Nelson, a step-sister, Donna Rizzolo, her step-father; Donato Rizzolo and an aunt; Rita Chmura. SERVICES: A Memorial Service for Mary Lynn Andrews will be on Saturday at 11:30a.m. at the Kelly Funeral Home in Lee. Calling hours will be Saturday morning from 10a.m. until the time of the service.
