1926 - 2015 DALTON Mary A. Letourneau, 89, formerly of Norwich Dr., passed away Wednesday, March 11, 2015 at the family home of her son, Edward Letourneau in Hastings, FL. Mary was born January 30, 1926 in Pittsfield, the daughter of Frank and Rose Sinopoli Mole, she was educated in Pittsfield Schools. She was employed at the former Bradley's Departments Store and upon her retirement she worked as a clerk at Stop & Shop. She will be remembered for her beautiful crochet work and for her avid interest in mystery novels, and crossword puzzles. She loved the sunshine and one could often find her in a lawn chair in the yard working on her crosswords or reading. During her remaining years family and friends have shared with her "The Long Goodbye" due to the progression of her Alzheimer's Dementia. The family wishes to offer a heartfelt thank you to the staff of Northeast Florida Community Hospice for the wonderful care and support given over the last months. Mary was predeceased by her husband, "James" Earl Letourneau whom she married July 31, 1943, he passed away July 4, 1991. Along with her son, Edward Letourneau she is also survived by her daughter, Annette Martel of Adams, and son, Earl Letourneau of Dalton, nine grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren. FUNERAL NOTICE: Funeral services for Mrs. Mary A. Letourneau will be held Thursday, March 19, 2015 at 11 a.m. at BARTLETT WELLINGTON FUNERAL HOME, with the Rev. Christopher Malatesta, officiating. Burial will follow in Ashuelot Cemetery. A period of visitation will precede the service starting at 10 a.m. the day of the service.
